Shahid Kapoor finally an A-list star with ‘Kaminey’

aThe Shahid Kapoor-Priyanka Chopra starrer Kaminey has grossed over Rs. 330 million worldwide in its first week, as per reports.
Though the film suffered a set back and could not be released in several theatres in Maharashtra owing to Swine Flu scare, it managed to emerge a winner.
Siddharth Roy Kapur, the CEO of the UTV Motion Pictures said, “The film has surpassed all expectations with the kind of business it did in the first weekend of its release and critical acclaim that it has generated in India and around the world.”
With Kaminey’s success, it is said to the second biggest hit of the year.
